My Focus T25 Review - 25 Minutes of Pure Intensity

Why I Think Focus T25 Works So Well


So how do you get the results of a 60 minute workout program in just 25-minutes, Shaun employs what he calls Focus Interval Training known as (FIT).

What you do in T25 is you isolate individual muscle groups at a time, you work that muscle group till you can do no more, then you attack the next muscle group and then the next to total exhaustion.
